Job Description for Counselor for Dreamzone-

The position holder will be responsible for assisting students in upgrading their professional skills through creative studies like- Fashion Design, Interior Design, Web Design, Graphic Design and Jewellery Design with regular classes from Dreamzone. She/he will guide the students on study options available as per their interest. She/he will work on specific targets and at the same time can have a lucrative income in the form of salary and incentives. 

The position holder will be liable for:

1. Achieving specified targets
2. Student counseling and follow-up.
3. Arrange meetings in nearby school and colleges for Seminar.
4. Should be able to maintain a good rapport with the team at work.
5. Should ensure the compliance of the process and systems in the office.
6. Should be prompt in replying to students queries
7. Active participation and contribution is expected during working hours.

Core Functions:

1. Maximize the revenue generation for the company
2. Achieve organizational goals
3. Maintain discipline and code of conduct 
4. Rendering excellent services to students
5. Lead generation through Mass-Counseling, Individual counseling, Cold Calling and referral marketing, apartment visits, House-calls etc.

4. Time management and Pro Active

Salary: INR 8000- 10000 P.M.  Salary + Incentives

Working Hour: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

Working days- Mon to Sat

Note- Salary is Negotiable for deserving candidate.

Interview Timings- 12.00 to 2.00 pm and 4.00 to 5.00 pm
